Do you accept my insurance plan?
Portera Rehabilitation accepts most major insurance plans. Please call your preferred practice at your convenience and they can assist you in verifying your benefits.
Do I need a referral?
A referral may be required depending on the insurance details of your coverage.
I am unable to find the physician referral I received. Do I need to bring it with me to to be seen?
Keep your appointment, but please give Portera Rehab a call in advance so their administrative staff can request a duplicate copy of your order for our records.
Can I use my HSA or Flex Spending for payment?
Yes. It depends on you insurance plan and limits. Our administrative staff can assist you with verifying your info.
Can I pay online?
No but we can accept credit and debit payments by phone.
