WELLNESS

After Therapy Training Session

After your rehabilitation session, a client can return for a post treatment session to maintain progress, increase strength, balance, and functional performance.

Alter G Running Session

Run in our Anti-gravity treadmill which can relieve pressure from your joints and alleviate pain. If you’re a runner recovering from an injury, you can maintain your cardiovascular fitness while your lower body injury heals.

Golf Flexibility and Swing Assessment
Having trouble with the consistency of your golf swing? It may not be your technique. You have significant issues with your flexibility, strength and balance that may be altering your swing mechanics. Let our TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) certified therapists assess your movement and give you a true science-based assessment of your swing.
Golf Exercise Program

Once you’ve completed your assessment, a TPI certified clinician can prescribe a routine tailored to you. Whether your limitation is due to flexibility, strength, balance, timing or all the above, we can help get your swinging more efficiently and more consistently. This will help lead to better shots and lower scores.

Thai Massage
Clients are assisted through a series of deep stretches, as well as a combination of core stretching and strengthening work, breath cues, deep massage, and application of pressure to specific points on the body. Thai massage is always performed clothed, on a mat, or on the floor.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a therapeutic technique focused on using strong stimulation on the muscles to get them to release. Its goal is to reduce pain, inactivate muscular trigger points and restore function. A thin needle is inserted into the trigger point (irritated spots in muscle tissue which can cause pain numbness and weakness) which causes a “release” in the tissues and a significant reduction in symptoms.
Cupping Therapy
This ancient technique uses local suction on the skin which increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This can relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue.
Massage Therapy
A massage can reduce pain and stiffness for people with chronic illness. It can also reduce the physiological burden of stress. It can help treat conditions including stress-related tension, fatigue, sleep disorders, general tension and discomfort in the back, neck, feet and limbs, ease depression and increase energy levels.
Stretch Therapy
The goal of this treatment is to treat muscle tightness, and tissue restrictions that cause limitations in movement which can increase risk of injury both chronic and acute. If continued over time, the client can improve their range of motion which can improve performance and significantly reduce risk of injury with activity.
Instrument Assisted Manual Therapy
This technique is a form of soft tissue mobilization used to break down scar tissue. We use specialized forged metal instruments to prevent formation of scar tissue. This protects other connective tissues throughout the body, including bones, organs, muscles, nerves, and surrounding blood vessels.
